Additional California Disclosures

If you are a California resident, the following privacy disclosures apply to you in addition to the rest of the Privacy Policy.

• Categories of Information We Collect, Use and Disclose. California law indicates that organizations should disclose for California residents whether certain categories of information are collected, disclosed for an organization’s “business purpose”, “sold” or “shared” for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law). • Sensitive Information Disclosure. Some of the personal information we collect is considered “sensitive personal information” under California law. We collect the following categories of sensitive personal information (as defined under California law): social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number; account log-in, in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; and information concerning an individual’s health. This information is collected in order to process transactions, provide you with services, and to manage our business. Note that we do not use this information for any purposes that are not identified within the Cal. Civ. Code Section 1798.121. We do not “sell” or “share” sensitive personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
• California Shine the Light. If you would like more information concerning the categories of personal information (if any) we share with third parties or affiliates for those parties to use for direct marketing, please submit a written request to us using the information in the “Contact Information” section in our Privacy Policy.
• California Notice of Financial Incentive. We offer programs that provide perks. You have probably seen some of these reward programs, promotions, coupons, samples, sweepstakes, or exclusive offers (“Rewards Programs”). When you sign up for one of these Reward Programs we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your name and email address. We generally do not assign monetary or other value to personal information collected as part of our Rewards Programs. To the extent a value is assigned to a particular Rewards Program under California law, that value is based on a reasonable and good faith method of calculation as part of the particular Rewards Program and differs between individuals based upon your level of participation or redemption.
