Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer

Gina Kelly is senior vice president and chief customer officer of The Clorox Company, responsible for the Sales function. She assumed this role and joined the Clorox Executive Committee in June 2024.

During a Clorox career spanning more than 35 years, Kelly has served in roles of increasing responsibility within the Sales organization. Most recently, she was vice president and general manager — Walmart and leading-edge retailers. Prior to that, she led the company’s e-commerce business. Other past positions have included vice president of sales — business development; acting vice president — grocery, natural and pet; senior director — Kroger and the natural channel; director of sales — regional grocery; team leader — training and development; sales planning manager; and sales merchandising manager. She began in 1988 as an area sales manager for the drug channel and BJ’s Wholesale.

Prior to joining Clorox, Kelly held various sales positions at Procter & Gamble.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kelly holds a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Xavier University.
