DiGiorno + HVR: A collab to launch innovative ranch-infused pizzas

Pizza and ranch are already an iconic pairing. But when it’s the No. 1 ranch dressing and the best-selling frozen pizza brand coming together, you know the culinary creation will cater to consumers’ growing demand for unique and flavorful food experiences. 

Through our new collaboration, Hidden Valley Ranch and DiGiorno are introducing two ranch-infused pizza creations. The offerings, DiGiorno® Spicy Rancheroni Thin Crust Pizza and DiGiorno® Chicken Bacon Ranch STUFFED Crust Pizza, are designed to integrate Hidden Valley Ranch® into every layer, providing a distinctive taste that sets them apart in the frozen pizza market. 

Meeting consumer needs 

The DiGiorno Spicy Rancheroni Thin Crust Pizza features a spicy buffalo-style Hidden Valley Ranch sauce, zesty pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning on a crisp thin crust. This limited-edition product is a testament to a commitment to innovation and meeting consumer preferences for bold and spicy flavors. 

Similarly, the DiGiorno Chicken Bacon Ranch STUFFED Crust Pizza offers a new twist on a classic favorite. It’s loaded with grilled white meat chicken, applewood smoked bacon and creamy ranch sauce, all on a bacon-and-cheese-stuffed crust topped with Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. This product highlights a dedication to delivering high-quality, indulgent food experiences. 

Strategic pairing 

This strategic collaboration capitalizes on the fan frenzy and deep passion for the beloved pizza-ranch combination. With HVR a top condiment choice for dipping pizza, the collab brings yet another way for consumers to enjoy their favorite combo: from the freezer aisle.  

Market availability 

Starting this March, the DiGiorno Spicy Rancheroni Thin Crust Pizza will be available exclusively at Kroger for an MSRP of $6.99 until it sells out, while the revamped DiGiorno Chicken Bacon Ranch STUFFED Crust Pizza will be available nationwide starting in April for an MSRP of $9.49. This rollout ensures that they reach a wide audience, enhancing the market presence for both brands.
