Clorox offered this really unique opportunity where it was a global organization that had the heart and agility of a small company. That’s what made it appealing to me. My role is dynamic, and I never have the same day twice.

I’ve been encouraged to grow every step of the way since I’ve come to Clorox. I think a great example was when I joined the organization, I was given the freedom to reimagine the sales function. And I knew that by doing that, I could create some real synergies and opportunities for the organization to truly allow them to thrive. And Clorox had the trust in me to do that.

The passion that people have for both the brands and each other is really what makes the culture at Clorox quite magical. As a person who never likes status quo, I get a great sense of energy and pride from my team to be able to empower and enable them to go out and ensure that we have the breadth of our portfolio accessible to our shoppers and consumers, and to represent our brands more competitively than anyone else.
