Pascal Montilus
Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer
Pascal Montilus is senior vice president and chief supply chain officer at The Clorox Company, a position he assumed in January 2025. He also serves as a member of the Clorox Executive Committee.
In this role, Montilus oversees the corporate Supply Chain function, which includes global procurement and North American logistics operations as well as the Global Quality Assurance; Health, Safety and Environmental; Strategy and Digital Technology; and Global Technical Services corporate teams serving 13 business units across the company. He also has oversight of all supply chain performance and capabilities for all BUs.
Before joining Clorox, Montilus served as executive vice president of Reckitt, with responsibility for the $18 billion global hygiene company’s supply chain. His leadership drove significant value creation and enterprisewide strategies across customer service, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, human resources, quality, packaging and finance.
During nearly three decades with The Colgate-Palmolive Company, Montilus held leadership positions across the supply chain organization in Europe, Latin America and Asia, and led North American supply chain operations. He also was responsible for customer service and logistics as well as functions including Global Direct Procurement, Regional and Global Supply Chains, and Systems Integration and Quality.
Throughout his career, he has also been an unwavering leader and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.
Montilus holds an MBA in international finance from New York University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from NJIT. He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University in Montreal.
