Combatting Price Gouging of Our Products

Clorox believes that everyone should have access to sanitizing and disinfecting products at standard prices.

We consider any price gouging to be unacceptable, particularly during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

We have joined the call by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat price gouging and are collaborating with law enforcement in connection with third party price gouging inquiries regarding disinfecting products. We are taking aggressive steps to address online price gouging activities, including partnering with platforms to combat price gouging in the third-party marketplace. In addition, we plan to take action to the extent appropriate if we learn of price gouging of our products by third-party distributors, or any other third-party in the chain of distribution of our products.
