Early Career Talent Programs
At Clorox, we put people at the center of everything we do, and for students this means you will experience first-hand skill development in our core business and technical functions.
The Clorox Company Summer Intern Program is a 10-week summer experience where interns are provided meaningful work assignments designed to impact our business and provide perspective on a future full-time career at Clorox.
The Clorox Co-Op Program is a six-month internship where students become highly skilled in more technical areas including Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Research & Development and Information Technology.
The Future Leaders @ CLX Program is an orientation program designed for rising sophomores to learn about our company and the CPG industry. Students participate in a one week orientation at Clorox offices in the Bay Area, and at the end of the one week orientation interview for a 2 summer Internship Commitment.

Our world-class Learning and Development program provides training in all areas of Finance and Accounting to give you a breadth of knowledge and skills.
Finance Internships
As a Finance Intern at Clorox, you will help achieve business goals through your work on a team like Financial Forecasting, Corporate Accounting, Tax or Supply Chain Cost Management.
Finance Rotation Program
Recent college graduates rotate through Finance and Accounting teams to gain perspective on our business and operations and make an impact on our brands and overall business.
Information Technology (IT)
In IT, we drive profitable growth through technology that integrates people, process and information. Teams collaborate with our functional partners to develop and deliver innovative, flexible technology solutions and services that support the needs of the company. We focus on functional excellence, building relationships, communicating our capabilities and implementing a data-driven culture and a technology strategy that aligns with key business objectives.
IT Internships
IT Interns gain valuable experience in one of many critical Enterprise Information Technology functions like Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Process Metrics and Analytics, Solution Design, Project Management/Coordination and Infrastructure Support.
IT Resource Development Program
The Resource Development Program in Clorox IT provides the opportunity to rotate through four areas of the Clorox IT organization and allows you to develop skills in multiple positions and build toward a career in IT.
Marketing
We believe in developing marketers who can build brands consumers love within a culture driven by bold and innovative ideas. From Brand Management to Analytic Insights, interns and entry-level hires are challenged daily to drive passion for the consumer and translate this passion into business results.
Global and Consumer Insights
Global and Consumer Insights talent influence key brand decisions through analytics in Marketing Measurement, Planning and Business Intelligence. Insights team members becomes master story tellers who use consumer trends to support integrated brand marketing strategies.
Brand Management
In Brand Management, you will be challenged through stretch assignments to use a general management mindset to drive business results. You’ll maximize results and successful outcomes for our business with bold, innovative ideas fueled by a strong passion for consumers.
Product Supply Organization (PSO)
The Clorox Product Supply Organization (PSO) is a diverse, inclusive global community of empowered people working in Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. PSO is comprised of operational and support organizations focused on buying, making and shipping products for our well-known brands. We pride ourselves on being the consumers’ guardian and best in class in delivering safety and end-to-end supply chain solutions, enabling innovation and executing business plans.
Manufacturing and Technical Internships
Manufacturing and Technical interns gain valuable insight and experience working in a Clorox production facility, or supporting of one of our Engineering teams in areas like Capital Project Management, Electronics and Quality Control.
Business Track Internships
Through a business track experience, interns learn key supply chain and planning principles through assignments with teams including Operations Planning, Logistics, Data Analytics and Sourcing.
Research & Development (R&D)
The R&D organization is at the heart of our company, taking new generations of consumer products from concept to reality. R&D is involved in every step of the lifecycle of our products. From concept to materials to goods on shelves, we leverage the latest technology to bring innovative, high-quality products to consumers.
R&D Internships
R&D Interns help build Clorox capabilities working in state-of-the-art laboratories to help deliver high quality products to our consumers. Projects run from new product development to process development to technology implementation and testing.
R&D Scientist
Entry-level Engineers rotate through work impacting Clorox brands in areas including Consumer Testing, Mechanical and Chemical Performance Testing and Package Component Qualifications in laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing plants.
Sales
Myth: All Sales careers involve cold-calling. Fact: Careers in Sales at Clorox start with the fundamentals. Sales Interns work on strategic business initiatives for leading brands and are supported by managers. You’ll learn from category experts how to analyze data, tell a story and influence retailers as you forge your career.
Field Sales Internships
Our Field Sales Internship Program offers flexibility in locations and involves working directly with a Field Customer Team to develop merchandising and sell-in plans with key strategic customers.
Sales Planning Internships
Sales Planning Internships allow you to develop national plans, work cross-functionally and generate insights from data to sell against. You’ll see how we make decisions, bring projects to market and evaluate performance.
